Stanley Kohlenberg, the veteran beauty executive, has died. He was 90 years old.   Known for working with some of the biggest names in the beauty industry of the 20th Century, including Charles Revson, creator of the first pigment-based nail polish and founded of Revlon, and Helena Rubinstein, creator of her namesake luxury skin care and makeup line, Kohlenberg headed Coty US and Calvin Klein Cosmetics.    Kohlenberg is survived by his wife, Ruth, and their two children, Howard K...
